In the event that your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the damage or defect for our records. Once your claim is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
